Doug has worked in the environment sector for over twenty years with a vast amount of experience at senior executive level. He is currently Director of Environment and Operational Services at the London Borough of Enfield. Previously working across London and the City of London Corporation and a managing director of a local authority trading company covering a broad range of areas in environment and transport sectors. He also holds the role as environmental technical advisor to the North London Waste Authority.
Doug has an MBA and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management, member of the Institute of Directors and a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute. In 2012 he received the Freedom of the City of London.
