
Transition Team
Joshua has worked with us for four years and is our Site Coordinator. His job is very varied and involves communicating site changes, dealing with Health and Safety at our EcoPark site in Edmonton, and managing internal projects. That last one is Josh’s favourite part of the role.
He finds it great to be involved in decommissioning parts of the old site and helping enable the next phase of our development project.

Sales
Our sales team is committed to reducing waste through their work at our ReUse Shop. The shop’s mission is to deliver.
Kerry, a sales assistant based at our ReUse shop, has a background in retail. Kerry loves sorting and finding unique treasures and is passionate about her role in raising awareness about what we do and reducing waste.

Facilities & Estates
Dan joined us in 2019 from a lorry driving background, seeking better work-life balance for his growing family. Now a Senior Supervisor in the Facilities and Estates team, he helps keep our sites and equipment running smoothly.
“There’s no typical day,” Dan says. “It’s a lot of learning, and that’s what makes the job so enjoyable.”

Finance Team
Max, Trainee Financial Analyst, started working with us as an agency staff and worked his way up to become a full-time weighbridge supervisor while studying Accountancy. His manager was supportive of his studies, and he was able to pursue his goals when has the opportunity work in Accounts Payable. Max is still studying and is enjoying his new career path.

Asset Management
Robert is our RRF Inventory Controller and has been with us since 2020. As part of his roles, he conducts risk awareness training sessions and has played a key role in developing our SharePoint site. We’re lucky to have him on our team.

Chemist
Meet Davina, Site Chemist at our EcoPark. She started as a Site Operative, moved into a Compliance Systems Analyst role, and then pursued her passion for chemistry. As our Site Chemist, Davina ensures our boilers, cooling water system, and turbines run with the correct chemical balance. “I’m fascinated by the waste-to-energy process and love learning about the science behind it.”

Waste Operations
Meet Gareth, our Commercial Manager for Waste & Recycling. Since joining in 2015, Gareth has progressed from Site Supervisor to Commercial Manager in 2024. With over 25 years in the industry, he connects Waste Operations and Procurement to keep services running smoothly. “The industry’s evolved with new tech and legislation helping us recycle more and build a greener London,” he says.

Legal and Procurement
Meet Adi, Legal Administrator and Paralegal at LondonEnergy. Adi joined in 2024, bringing experience in engineering, insolvency, and compliance. Now working in his passion—law—he supports contract management, insurance claims, and policy updates to keep the business compliant. He’s preparing to take the Solicitors Qualifying Exam. “I value working somewhere that aligns with my beliefs and supports my growth,” says Adi.
