Kathy joined LondonEnergy in February 2021 as Legal Manger & Deputy Company Secretary responsible for Legal, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Insurance (including Claims processing) and Commercial & Estate Contracts.
Prior to this Kathy worked in private practice as an Attorney and also as Company Secretary for a number of FTSE listed PLC’s and AIM listed companies including a number of investment trusts and manufacturing organisations. Kathy also worked as a Communications Project Manager in the Pharmaceutical sector.
Kathy is a qualified Barrister (BVC) and Attorney and holds a LL.B (Hons), Masters in Law from King’s College, London, a Masters in Governance, Risk and Compliance and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Global Business from Said Business School, University of Oxford.
Kathy reports to the Finance Director and her team is responsible for: contracts, lease preparation, dispute resolution, commercial, procurement activities, risk and internal audit management, insurance and compliance.
